The upstairs bar can cater for up to thirty five people seated for dinner and up to eighty people standing for cocktails. A great option for birthday parties, engagement parties, family parties, weddings and corporate functions. We make it easy for you.
We now have the option of a projector and a big screen in the Function Room which is able to play from the Television, DVD or a Data Show. There is a sound system upstairs with the option of our selection music or playing your own. Providing there is adequate notice we are also able to source live bands.
A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable should you choose to cancel your booking. However by spending over $1500.00 on food or beverages at your function we will refund the deposit (provided there are no breakages or undue soiling).

For 21st only we now have a hiring fee for security staff at a cost of $100. This is not optional or refundable and must be paid at the same time as the Bond.
Please note that guests must be of legal age or accompanied by their parents or legal guardian if under 18. If function is on a Friday or Saturday night no one under the age of 18 will be admitted after 10pm.

We also have a great deal with local tourist operators Rotorua Duck Tours where a group can get a great deal with a 90 minute Duck Tour and a meal at the Pig & Whistle.
